Catering around a visit
Families travelling in for the mandir often host on the same trip — a lunch for relatives who have come from three states, a small pooja at a rented house, a dinner the evening before everyone drives home. These are events planned at a distance, sometimes by someone who has never seen the venue, and that changes what a caterer has to take care of.
We handle the parts you cannot check from another state: access, timings, equipment, and a captain on site so nobody local has to be responsible for the delivery.
Pure vegetarian, and meaning it
A large share of what we cater in Robbinsville is fully satvik or Jain: no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables where required, cooked in a kitchen and on equipment that has not been used for anything else that service. If that matters to your family, say so when you enquire and we will tell you plainly how it is handled rather than reassuring you vaguely.
Sweets and prasad-appropriate items can be included, and we will keep them separate from the rest of the service.
Beyond the mandir
Robbinsville and neighbouring Hamilton, Hightstown and East Windsor hold the same range of events as anywhere else — birthdays, graduations, corporate lunches near Exit 7A, and weddings. We cater all of them, with or without staff.
For corporate events, the warehouse and office parks along the Turnpike corridor are an easy run for boxed lunches and trays.
